Job Description Travel Network Operations CSBA – Web Services Provisioning Group We manage Sabre customers’ contracts with precision and care, bringing business relationships to life. Our teams deliver world-class support by understanding our customers’ needs in detail. As part of Web Services Provisioning, we analyze and provide access to the captivating Web Services world by processing orders from all over the globe, allowing our customers to deliver high quality web-based solutions to enhance their business. Job Requirements Duties/Responsibilities of the role: Under general supervision, provisions access to Web Services products and features available to travel agencies worldwide. Performs orders quality controls and storage of documentation, system setups, reporting and order placement. Trouble shooting for customers and assistance in ordering and billing of WS. Handle and coordinate ordering and provisioning process for Joint Venture markets Must-Haves Advanced English language (written and verbal). Computer software skills: MS Office. Advanced use of Excel would be considered a plus. Understanding of Web services APIs At least 3 to 4 years of CBS experience is required SAP and billing experience Nice to have Salesforce user experience Participation or leading projects SharePoint experience.
